Indoor Herb Gardens
Indoor herb gardens are a wonderful way to add some spice to your life! If you spend any time in your kitchen at all you will certainly understand the importance of herbs and cooking and if you have ever tasted the difference between dried herbs and fresh natural home grown herbs you will know the impact it can make! Having fresh, home grown herbs from one of your indoor herb gardens can really change the entire composition of your meal. With the economy in the slump this is also a great way to save money on grocery bills!
Indoor Herb Gardens – Beauty
The beauty of having your own indoor herb garden is that with proper care and planning you can literally have fresh herbs all year round! Right now in my house I currently have two or three different indoor herb gardens setup each with varying herbs which allows me to continuously rotate the herbs and grow them based on my needs.
Essentially, indoor herb gardens require very little work to setup or even maintain once you have the plants established. Some of my very favorite herbs to grow in my indoor gardens are basil, oregano and thyme as those three grow very well and easily. Once you have setup your indoor herb gardens you can easily adapt them to grow small vegetables including peppers or even garlic (which is a little harder to get going but once it does – what a difference!)
Indoor Herb Gardens – Delicious
I remember growing one of my first indoor herb gardens after a family member picked up a starter kit for me. The whole family, children included, were just amazed at how easy it was to grow these herbs indoors using a beginners kit. I personally loving indoor herb gardens and the limitless possibilities they provide for me and my family to cook with and watch grow. There is nothing like making a good meal and using your own fresh garden herbs. The garnish and flavor differences are literally unreal. They make great, colorful additions to wherever you house them and also make your house smell wonderful!
